All customer information kept by us is held in a secure location. We will only use your information for the purpose of processing and delivering your order. We do not and will not sell or release information provided to any other third parties, except when in connection with your order(s) to our approved couriers (Royal Mail, ParcelForce or Parcel2Go ), or in exceptional cases of debt recovery (unless required by law).

 

All Credit and Debit card transactions are processed by our third party processor, on their Secure Server using SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Please note that we will never ask for your Credit/Debit Card information by email.

What data do we hold?

We only hold the information provided to us when you place your order. This includes:

We only hold data that is absolutely necessary for the processing and completion of your order.

 

Marketing and Promotions

We have never and will never automatically sign you up to our subscription newsletter. If you opt into this service, you will only receive emails from Rock the Dragon. You may opt out of this at any time. All marketing emails have an ‘unsubscribe’ button at the end of the message. If you are unsure of how to do this, please contact us at info@doubledown.rocks where we can manually remove you from the database.

Wholesaling & Fundraising

Double Down Ltd manufactures each wholesale order specific to customer authorized design specifications. Although Double Down Ltd manufactures for non-profits, educational institutions, charities and other cause-driven campaigns who may use our products to "raise funds" or resale at retail, customers do so at their own discretion. Double Down Ltd is not a professional fundraising company, fundraising consultant or counsellors. We do not solicit donations for the cost of manufacturing on behalf of customers. Any "Fundraising" activities undertaken are the sole responsibility of the customer.
