This is a bespoke product and can take up to 4 weeks to receive.
To upload and send your photo(s), email us through the site. In your message let us know if you would like any specific edits to be made and your preferred colour choice for the background. We will cut out your pet and 'artify' it.
For the best outcome, get a photo at eye level to your pet, looking at the camera as much as possible. Try not to use portrait mode if you do not want their body to be blurry. Remember, the higher resolution the original photo is the better the end product will be. The image quality on the blanket completely depends on the photo you send. Dark and blurry pictures will not edit and will not transfer well. Try to send the original photo file without cropping it.
Colours may vary from online to your actual printed product. Your computer screen or phone can affect how colors appear online and the printing process can also affect the final printed colors.

When we receive your image(s) we will make your edits and send you the proof. Once you approve your proof we will make and ship your blanket!
If you do not approve of your proof within 48 hours your blanket will be shipped without approval to ensure deliveries arrive on time.
We are not able to offer refunds or exchanges on personalised blankets unless faulty.
